Scope and costs

Venues, performers, technical production, fabrication, travel, hospitality, insurance, and art acquisitions are separate unless expressly included.

Approved out-of-scope work is $350/hour or a written fixed-price change.

Substantial projects use proposed 50%/30%/20% milestones, with final terms in the signed proposal.

Creative/build projects include two consolidated revision rounds unless otherwise stated.

Final schedule, rights, acceptance, and cancellation terms belong in the agreed proposal.

How we start

  1. Start the conversation

Send your project inquiry with this package already selected.

  2. Agree the scope

Review requirements, client inputs, specialist needs, and availability.

  3. Confirm the engagement

A written proposal sets the final scope, investment, and terms before work begins.

What to bring

Share your desired outcome, existing materials, required integrations, and constraints. We confirm the exact client inputs during scope review.

Schedule confirmed after scope and availability review.
