Scope and costs

Approved out-of-scope work is $350/hour or a written fixed-price change.
Consultations are prepaid after scope and availability are agreed.
Applicable review and revision arrangements are confirmed in the proposal within the stated capacity.
Final schedule, rights, acceptance, and cancellation terms belong in the agreed proposal.
